We make insulating glass units (IGUs) on an automatic production line, commonly known as a double glazing plant, so we can cater to all your double glazed glass requirements.

What is an IGU?
An insulating glass unit (IGU) is two panes of glass separated by an insulating air or gas-filled cavity and sealed as one unit. It's the glass part of every double glazed window and door, and we make ours on an automatic IGU production line.
Why fill the cavity with argon gas?
Argon is heavier than air, so it reduces convective heat transfer inside the cavity. That improves the energy efficiency of the unit. Our plant has its own argon gas filling station.
Can you make glass units to my specification?
Yes. We can supply any combination of IGU, and treat units to reduce the heat and light coming through during the day. Tell us your sizes and requirements and we'll quote.
Can I upgrade to Low-E glass?
Yes. A microscopic Low-E coating reflects heat and limits UV, improving thermal performance beyond standard glass. It's particularly worth it for north- and west-facing windows and doors in Perth.
Does your glass meet Australian standards?
Yes. Our toughened, laminated and Low-E glass meets Australian Safety Glass standard AS1266, and we follow Australian and international glass fabrication standards.
